Gamblers Anonymous is a 12 step fellowship for compulsive gamblers, who just want to recover from the illness of compulsive gambling.
We believe through honesty, open-mindedness and willingness, compulsive gamblers can restore their lives.
Our members are diverse, and at a meeting you will find recovering compulsive gamblers helping other compulsive gamblers, by sharing our experience, strength and hope.
Our meetings are anonymous because we understand the importance of privacy.
Only you can make that decision.
Our members report experiencing a slow, subtle deterioration which over time got progressively worse, finally bringing them to the point of admitting defeat.

Gamblers Anonymous meetings provide a safe environment for individuals struggling with gambling addiction.
We operate on anonymity, members will disclose their first names only and when they last gambled when identifying themselves at a meeting.
At a meeting, members have a chance to seek help from more experienced members and talk openly about the impact gambling has had on their lives.
You do not need to bring anything, there is no membership fee, the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop gambling.

Through the Recovery Program members are able to rebuild their lives.

Gam-Anon is a 12 Step Fellowship for the family and friends of a compulsive gambler.
Gam-Anon members are men and women who have been affected by the gambling problem of a loved one.
The message of Gam-Anon is: Come join with us. We too were once alone, afraid, and unable to cope with the deterioration in our relationships and finances, caused by the gambling problem.
We know that living with the effects of a loved one's gambling can be devastating without help.
